Dual-School Accounts

If you have registered a player, coach, or athletic manager at one school
and now need to register a player, coach, or athletic manager to participate
in a CYO sport/activity at another school, ...you need a Dual School account.

With a Dual School account you can have separate sports accounts at multiple schools.
However, you can access each of your sports accounts using the same
email and password to login.

Here's how-to create a Dual School account:
1) Use the link shown below to log into your current sports account.

2) After you access your current online sports account select the Update My Account

Then Select Dual School Account option that will appear in the left side of the screen.

3) You will be asked to enter the "school-code" for the other school.
If you do not know the school-ode for the other school,
then contact your school/parish Sports Coordinators to get that school-code from them.

4) After you enter the school-code for the other school, follow the instructions provided.

Here Are Some Login Assistance Suggestions:

1) The CYO System is new this year. Registrations submitted last year did not create
login accounts. If you have not created a login account THIS SCHOOL YEAR
select the BACK button below, then select the FIRST TIME USER option to create an account.
Note: If you try to create a new account, and the system sees that you have an existing
account, it will tell you that.

2) If you have created an account, but cannot recall your password,
select the FORGOT MY PASSWORD button below to have your password automatically
sent to you. Note: All you need do it enter your email address.

3) The two options shown above will quickly resolve
login problems without having to wait for a manual response.
However, if your email address has changed and you can not retireve the password
sent to you by the password retrieval system, please submit the information
requested below to request special login assistance.
Note: Login assistance replies should receive a response within 24 hours. If not, the reply
have been blocked by a SPAM filter. If you do not receive the requested login
assistance within 24 hours please re-submit your request and

Affiliate Rule

In order to participate in CYO grade school sports, all participants must be either a student enrolled in a Catholic school or a child residing in a household registered in and participating in a Catholic parish. A participating household is determined by official registration on the parish roster. However, pastors, at their discretion, may also require regular attendance at Mass and or active participation in the religious education or youth ministry programs offered by the parish.

CYO Athletic Physician Certificate

A CYO Athletic Physician’s Certificate is required for all CYO Participant’s. The current certificate must be kept on file at the parish. This must be done on a yearly basis for all CYO participants. High School participants are not required to have a physician’s certificate on file with the parish.
